Pingu Travel

Pingu sitting on the beach on the Island of Ossehoek in the Grevelingenmeer in southern Holland.
It was off this beach that both of the Ancient Mariners children learned to row, played endlessly in the sand and then like all siblings throw sand at each other!
To the Ancient Mariner's family the island has always been known as Dinghy Island.

Pingu considers chancing it and making his escape now but feels it is quite a long way to swim. And the beach looks a bit muddy. Oh, and there is a chance that there is a cloud on the horizon.

No, far better to be kept in captivity until a better opportunity comes along...
