YesGifts Balloon Ride!

What a weekend!!! YesGifts embarked on a balloon ride over the Derbyshire area of the UK, absolutely fantastic. Obviously we were all really scared and nervous... well ok just the women were but as soon as we were in the morning skies we didn't want to come down.

A brilliant idea to enjoy a Saturday morning together as a team and still have the rest of the weekend for yourself. The whole journey lasted around 1 1/2 hrs and we all came back with a new amazing experience ticked off our lists. We would recommend it to anyone and we thank all those involved in organising the morning.

THANK YOU!!

Thursdays Football with new team names!!

Spatrick Moscow - 19
Inter Mohan - 21

Despite a spirited comeback, Spatrick Moscow could not hold off the might of Inter Mohan. A thrilling encounter took place in 'The Field', with the lead changing hands more times than a dodgy 5 pound note. Inter stormed into a 3-0 lead until the arrival of Pete 'The Headmaster', and his steel bonce levelled things up. As the rain poured down goals flew in for both teams, including a goal of the century a la the Beckham-Scholes volley against Bradford. Spatrick's leading goalscorer Patrick scored a first half hat-trick, but the teams went in at half time with Inter leading 10-8. Patrick gave his men a good dressing down during the half time break. As soon as they had found their shorts, Moscow came roaring out of the traps and found themselves 11-8 down inside 5 seconds. Moscow managed to regroup somewhat, and after a couple of quick-fire goals them were back on level terms. Two more diving headers from The Headmaster put Moscow into a seemingly unassailable lead, but in an incredible turn of events team captain Simon Mohan scored a quick-fire hat-trick to turn the match on it's head. The professional style "First-to-21" rule was employed to ensure a tense finish, and Inter finally snatched it with a sublime volleyed finish from Simon.

Pow!

Athletico Logobugs Vs Real SoSoBad - 07/08/08

Thursday evening football is back, after not having played for a few weeks because of bad weather and laziness, Atheltico Logobugs and Real SoSoBad return to the pitch!

Ready for the pitch, both teams set out on a mission to destroy each other but only one came back alive. Athletico started off with a fantastic shot towards the goalkeepers head, successfully scoring and diminishing Reals spirits before the game had even started. The winning team continued to keep their aim in mind and played a superb game full of enthusiasm and power.

Real SoSoBad were exactly that; failing to boosts each others determination to continue and thus lost the game. Having not won a match yet Real SoSoBad need to pick up their game for next week.

Final Score:
Athletico Logobugs - 7
Real SoSoBad - 2

YesGifts Brainstorm!

Every now and then the YesGifts team spend a couple of hrs together and have a hugely productive brainstorming session!
Isn't that a great idea? We thought so!

YesGifts believe that for a company to be successful you need to work together and progress as a team getting all members of your team involved and thus introducing as many ideas as possible.

Discussions this week included:

1] Boosting YesGifts awareness.
2] New funky products to add to our list.
3] Ideas that have worked well and those that havent.
4] Any New Ideas.
5] Congratulating those special members who worked extra hard this period.
6] Next YesGifts social do! *most important :)

Thanks to all participants for your brilliant young minds.
